The Quezon City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Billy Rasay (7 - 21) who hails from Santa Maria, Philippines and Cruz Bustillos(3 - 1) from Quezon City, Philippines.
