Boxing Daily Report from the Japan National Finals 2037,  taking place on 29/03/2037 from Funabashi, Japan:

The Funabashi venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Light Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Goro Nakai (20 - 23(3)) who hails from Sendai, Japan and Daichi Okuma(4 - 3) from Fukuoka, Japan.

Okuma is on target with a stinging left hook.  Okuma attempts to land a left uppercut, but Nakai slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Okuma gets on the inside and is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Nakai throws a right hook, but Okuma ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Okuma pushes his forearm into Nakai's face.  The ref breaks Okuma's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Okuma manages to force Nakai onto the ropes.  Nakai lands a cross to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Okuma gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.
