Asif Mahdi vs Randeep Shettar

Boxing Daily Report from the India National Finals 2037,  taking place on 26/03/2037 from Hyderabad, India:

The Hyderabad venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Asif Mahdi (66(7) - 22) who hails from Ahmedabad, India and Randeep Shettar(4 - 0) from Mumbai, India.

Mahdi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Shettar tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Mahdi manages to force Shettar into a corner.  Mahdi lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Mahdi lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Shettar recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Mahdi pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Mahdi lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Mahdi drives a right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Shettar is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Mahdi lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Shettar almost instantly recovers. 
Shettar feints a left, and then lands a jab followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Mahdi lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!

Mahdi knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Mahdi digs in a telling left hook to his opponents body.  SHETTAR IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  Shettar now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Mahdi closes the distance.  Mahdi sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Mahdi hits home with a solid right hook.  Mahdi holds on to his opponent.  Mahdi leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Mahdi pushes his forearm into Shettar's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Mahdi about fouling.  
Shettar pivots to the left of his opponent and lands with a hard jab.  
Shettar hits home with a left hook.  
Mahdi advances into close range.  Mahdi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Shettar lands a left uppercut.  Mahdi holds on to his opponent.  Mahdi throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Mahdi about fouling.

Mahdi whips in a nasty right uppercut to Shettar's ribcage.  IT LOOKS LIKE SHETTAR WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Mahdi thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Shettar away.  Mahdi lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DROPS SHETTAR TO THE CANVAS!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Mahdi!
