Boxing Daily Report from the India National Finals 2037,  taking place on 26/03/2037 from Hyderabad, India:

The Hyderabad venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Bantamweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ibrahim Afzal (1 - 1) who hails from Chennai, India and Rohit Yadav(4 - 1) from Lucknow, India.  

Round 1: 

Afzal steps to the outside and hits home with a solid overhand left.

Yadav walks his opponent into the corner.  Yadav throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Yadav lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Yadav is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Afzal connects with a sharp left hook.  Afzal attempts to land a right uppercut, but Yadav dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Yadav closes the distance and hits home with a left hook.  
Afzal sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Yadav finds the target with a jab.  
Yadav pivots from in front of his opponent.  Yadav is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Yadav holds on to his opponent.  Yadav is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Yadav is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Yadav and breaks the clinch.  Yadav tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Yadav advances into close range.  Yadav pivots to the left of his opponent.  Yadav lands a right uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  Yadav ties up his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Yadav pivots from in front of his opponent.  Yadav lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Yadav ties up his opponent.  Yadav tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Afzal behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Yadav.  
Yadav lands a right uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Yadav sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Yadav pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Yadav steps inside.  Yadav sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Afzal almost instantly recovers. 
Yadav lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Yadav lands a left hook to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  
Afzal throws a right hook, but Yadav clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Afzal pushes his forearm into Yadav's face.  The ref breaks Yadav's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Yadav quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Afzal attempts to land a right hook, but Yadav parries the shot and counters with a right hook.

Yadav sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Yadav connects with a right hook.  
Yadav lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Afzal tries to keep the action at long range.  Yadav lands a jab.  
Yadav gets on the inside and walks Afzal onto the ropes.  Yadav quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Afzal throws a right hook, but Yadav holds on to his opponent.  Yadav leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Afzal lands a stinging right uppercut.  
Yadav pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Yadav sidesteps to the right of his opponent and drives a sharp jab into his opponents face.  
Yadav steps inside and drives a firm left hook into his opponents body.  
Yadav quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Yadav is on target with a right uppercut.  Yadav ties up his opponent.  Yadav is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Yadav forces Afzal to back into a corner.  Yadav feints a left hook, and then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Yadav closes the distance.  Yadav pivots to the left of his opponent and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND AFZAL IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  Afzal recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Yadav pivots to the right of his opponent and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Yadav lands a right hook, right uppercut and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Yadav is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook.  
Yadav advances into close range and lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Afzal tries to land a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Yadav pivots from in front of his opponent.  Afzal lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Yadav clinches his opponent.  Afzal throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Yadav is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Yadav's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Yadav's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.
