Franco Abella vs Ora Loyola

Boxing Daily Report from the Ecuador National Finals 2037,  taking place on 17/03/2037 from Manta, Ecuador:

The Manta venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have the Final of the Lightweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Franco Abella (44(14) - 28(1)) who hails from Manta, Ecuador and Ora Loyola(22 - 20(1)) from Quito, Ecuador.  

Round 1: 

Abella advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Abella lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Abella sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Loyola digs in a solid left hook to Abella's body.  Abella ties up his opponent.  Abella is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Abella forces Loyola to back into the corner.  Abella lands a firm right uppercut.  
Loyola throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a FEARSOME right uppercut.  LOYOLA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Abella stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Abella lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES LOYOLA!  He manages to get up at 6.  It looks like Loyola has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Abella walks Loyola down, trapping him on the ropes.  Loyola throws a left hook, but Abella clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Abella pushes his forearm into Loyola's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Abella.  
Abella gets on the inside and hits home with a left hook.  
Loyola is looking to keep his distance and lands an overhand left.  
Abella advances into close range.  Loyola throws a left hook, but Abella holds on to his opponent.  Loyola is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Abella's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Abella gets on the inside.  Abella pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Loyola tries to keep the action at long range and attempts to land an overhand left, but Abella sidesteps and counters with a solid right hook.  
Loyola lands an overhand right.  
Abella is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Abella clinches his opponent.  Loyola pushes his forearm into Abella's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Loyola.  
Abella advances into close range and tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Abella lands two right hook's to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Abella clinches his opponent.  Abella leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Loyola tries to step out of his opponents range.  Abella is looking to force the stoppage!  Abella lands a left hook, left uppercut and a cross to his opponents head, AND DROPS LOYOLA!  The count reaches 10, but Loyola is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Abella!
