Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 11/02/2037 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Yasushi Suzuki (5 - 7) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Yasushi Hirayama(2 - 4) from Kyoto, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Hirayama lands a jab.

Hirayama throws a left hook, but Suzuki holds on to his opponent.  Suzuki pushes his forearm into Hirayama's face.  The referee warns Suzuki and breaks the clinch.  
Hirayama is on target with a jab.  
Suzuki gets on the inside and throws a right hook, but is unable to find the target.  Suzuki holds on to his opponent.  Suzuki tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Hirayama's kidney. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Suzuki about fouling.

Hirayama connects with a right hook.  Suzuki holds on to his opponent.  Suzuki leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Hirayama attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Suzuki's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Suzuki hits home with a solid jab.  
Suzuki switches the action to the outside.  Hirayama is on target with a jab.  
Hirayama cuts off the ring, trapping Suzuki in the corner.  Suzuki lands a cross.  
Hirayama pivots to the right of his opponent, but Suzuki drives a sharp left hook into his opponents body.  
Suzuki is looking to keep the action on the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Hirayama sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Hirayama steps inside and manouvers Suzuki into the corner.  Hirayama throws a left hook, but Suzuki holds on to his opponent.  Suzuki leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
