Lamont Moe vs Fazail Hamdan

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 31/01/2037 from Oslo, Norway:

The Oslo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Lamont Moe (27(1) - 5) who hails from Oslo, Norway and Fazail Hamdan(5 - 11) from Samarqand, Uzbekistan.  

Round 1: 

Hamdan lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Moe throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Moe connects with a right uppercut.  
Moe lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Moe steps inside.  Hamdan hits home with a left hook.  Moe ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Moe pushes his forearm into Hamdan's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Moe is on target with a solid left hook.  
Moe drives a stinging right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Moe forces Hamdan to back into a corner.  Hamdan lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Moe pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Moe pivots to the side of his opponent.  Moe attempts to land a left hook, but Hamdan blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Hamdan throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook.

Moe is looking to close the distance.  Hamdan throws a left hook, but Moe clinches his opponent.  Hamdan leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Moe's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Moe steps inside and throws a left uppercut, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Moe ties up his opponent.  Hamdan leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Moe pushes his forearm into Hamdan's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Hamdan tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a sharp cross.  
Moe steps inside.  Moe quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Hamdan is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.
