Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 30/01/2037 from Brisbane, Australia:

The Brisbane venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Patrick Tacvoryan (13(3) - 2) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and David Shields(0 - 1) from Adelaide, Australia.  

Round 1: 

Tacvoryan connects with a cross.  
Shields gets on the inside.  Tacvoryan is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  Tacvoryan ties up his opponent.  Tacvoryan pushes his forearm into Shields's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Shields sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Tacvoryan digs in a powerful left hook to his opponents liver.  SHIELDS WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Tacvoryan clinches his opponent.  Shields pushes his forearm into Tacvoryan's face.  The ref breaks Tacvoryan's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Shields quickly recovers.

Shields gets on the inside.  Tacvoryan digs in a solid right hook to Shields's body.  Tacvoryan ties up his opponent.  Shields hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. 
Tacvoryan is looking to keep his distance.  Shields hits home with an overhand right.  
Tacvoryan lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.

Shields is looking to close the distance.  Shields quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Tacvoryan drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Tacvoryan is on target with a jab.  
Shields closes the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Tacvoryan digs in a solid left hook to Shields's body.  
Shields pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Tacvoryan lands a sharp overhand right.  
Tacvoryan tries to step out of his opponents range and finds the target with a jab.  
Tacvoryan tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a spiteful overhand right.  IT LOOKS LIKE SHIELDS WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Shields almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Shields hits home with a cross.  
Shields steps inside.  Tacvoryan lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Shields quickly recovers.

Tacvoryan advances into close range.  Shields throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Tacvoryan holds on to his opponent.  Tacvoryan tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Shields's kidney. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Tacvoryan steps away from his opponent and lands a solid cross.  Tacvoryan tries to land a cross, but Shields slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Shields closes the distance.  Tacvoryan lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Tacvoryan lands a cross to the head followed by a right hook to the body, KNOCKING SHIELDS DOWN!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Tacvoryan!
