Vicente Lince vs Umair Abiloff

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 10/12/2036 from Ponce, Puerto Rico:

The Ponce venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Vicente Lince (38 - 7) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Umair Abiloff(1 - 3) from Karagandy, Kazakhstan.  

Round 1: 

Lince tries to land a jab, but Abiloff sidesteps and counters with a sharp left uppercut to Lince's body.  
Lince quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Abiloff connects with a left hook.  
Abiloff drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Lince snaps his opponents head back with a solid jab.  
Lince forces Abiloff to retreat into the red corner.  Lince lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Lince pivots to the side of his opponent.  Lince hits home with a left hook.  Lince throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Lince pivots to the right of his opponent.  Lince lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Lince attempts to land a right hook, but Abiloff dodges the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Abiloff lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Lince steps inside.  Lince sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Abiloff lands a left hook.  Abiloff tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Lince lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Abiloff waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Lince hits home with a cross.  
Lince sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a solid right hook.  
Abiloff is looking to keep his distance.  Lince lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Abiloff switches the action to the outside.  Abiloff waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Lince throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.

Lince gets on the inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Lince digs in a solid right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Abiloff throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Lince steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Abiloff steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Lince steps inside and drives a left uppercut into Abiloff's body.  Lince ties up his opponent.  Lince is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Lince lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Abiloff steps to the outside.  Lince hits the target with a hard jab.  
Abiloff lands a solid left hook.  
Lince closes the distance.  Abiloff throws a right hook, but Lince holds on to his opponent.  Lince pushes his forearm into Abiloff's face.  The referee warns Lince and breaks the clinch.  
Abiloff lands a jab to Lince's body.  
Lince attempts to land a jab, but Abiloff slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Abiloff steps away from his opponent.  Lince connects with a stinging overhand right.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Lince's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.  Abiloff's trainer is telling his fighter to go out and knock out his opponent!
