Yves Sand vs Ioakim Sorokin

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 05/12/2036 from Omsk, Russia:

The Omsk venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Yves Sand (26 - 17) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Ioakim Sorokin(4 - 10) from Omsk, Russia.  

Round 1: 

Sand tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a cross.

Sorokin cuts off the ring, trapping Sand on the ropes.  Sorokin throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Sand lands an overhand right followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Sorokin is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.
