Melor Amirhanov vs Eloy Olan

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 28/10/2036 from Dushanbe, Tajikistan:

The Dushanbe venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Melor Amirhanov (10 - 10) who hails from Dushanbe, Tajikistan and Eloy Olan(2 - 2) from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.  

Round 1: 

Amirhanov is on target with a jab.  
Olan gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Olan sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Amirhanov digs in a right hook to Olan's body.  
Olan is on target with a jab.  
Amirhanov feints a left hook, and then finds the target with a sharp jab.

Olan gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.

Olan walks Amirhanov down, trapping him in the corner.  Olan tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Olan advances into close range.  Olan sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Amirhanov's trainer is advising his fighter to keep his distance and coast to the win.

Olan walks Amirhanov down, trapping him on the ropes.  Olan hits home with a right uppercut.  Olan attempts to land a cross, but Amirhanov sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Amirhanov tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a cross.

Amirhanov switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right, cross and a jab to his opponents head.

Olan gets on the inside and lands a right hook.

Amirhanov switches the action to the outside.  Olan throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a stinging left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Olan walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Olan lands a cross.

Amirhanov backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Olan accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Amirhanov.
