Lewis Sillars vs Sam Harcus

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 05/09/2036 from Providence, USA:

The Providence venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Lewis Sillars (4 - 1) who hails from Providence, USA and Sam Harcus(7 - 10(1)) from Columbus, USA.  

Round 1: 

Sillars closes the distance.  Harcus connects with a left hook.  
Harcus switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right, cross and a jab to his opponents head.

Sillars is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook.  
Harcus steps away from his opponent.  Harcus feints a right, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Harcus drives a stinging right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Harcus is looking to keep his distance and hits the target with a hard jab.  
Harcus is looking to keep the action on the outside and tries to land a jab, but Sillars sidesteps and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Sillars gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Harcus connects with a right hook.  
Sillars pivots to the right of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Harcus hits home with a left hook.  Sillars ties up his opponent.  Sillars leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Sillars connects with a left hook.  Sillars clinches his opponent.  Harcus is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Harcus about fouling.

Sillars drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
Harcus hits the target with a spiteful jab.  
Harcus throws an overhand left, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Sillars steps inside and digs in a potent right hook to his opponents body.  HARCUS WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Sillars stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Sillars lands three consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Harcus now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Sillars hits home with a right hook.  
Sillars lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, DROPPING HARCUS TO THE CANVAS!  The count reaches 10, but Harcus is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Sillars!
