Demont Normandeau vs Olindo Carlos

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 29/08/2036 from Quebec City, Canada:

The Quebec City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Demont Normandeau (36 - 5) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Olindo Carlos(2 - 3) from Brasilia, Brazil.  

Round 1: 

Normandeau quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Carlos lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Normandeau tries to step out of his opponents range.  Carlos attempts to land a cross, but Normandeau blocks the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Normandeau is on target with a jab.  
Carlos is looking to close the distance and connects with a firm right hook.  
Normandeau steps away from his opponent and lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Carlos walks Normandeau down, trapping him on the ropes.  Carlos hits home with a right uppercut.  
Carlos lands a sharp right hook.  
Normandeau is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Normandeau feints a right hook, and then lands a jab, cross and an overhand right to his opponents head.

Carlos throws a left hook, but Normandeau clinches his opponent.  Normandeau leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Carlos closes the distance.  Normandeau digs in a left hook to Carlos's body.  
Carlos forces Normandeau to back into the ropes.  Carlos pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Normandeau steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Normandeau steps away from his opponent and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Normandeau hits home with a solid overhand right.  
Normandeau drives a jab into Carlos's body.  
Carlos pivots to the left of his opponent, but Normandeau lands a jab followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.
