Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 25/08/2036 from New York City, USA:

The New York City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Robert Fylan (35 - 4) who hails from New York City, USA and Barry Beavin(0 - 2) from Chicago, USA.  

Round 1: 

Fylan lands a straight 1 - 2.

Fylan is looking to close the distance.  Fylan sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Beavin sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Beavin attempts to land a jab, but Fylan sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Fylan steps inside and hits home with a right hook.

Fylan advances into close range.  Fylan pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Fylan manages to force Beavin onto the ropes.  Fylan pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Fylan gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Fylan clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Fylan pushes his forearm into Beavin's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Fylan.

Fylan throws a right hook, but is off-target.  Fylan clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Fylan pushes his forearm into Beavin's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Fylan to stop fouling.

Fylan tries to step out of his opponents range.  Fylan feints a left hook, but Beavin ignores the feint and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Beavin pivots from in front of his opponent, but Fylan hits home with a left uppercut.  
Fylan steps away from his opponent and attempts to land a jab, but Beavin sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut to Fylan's body.  
Fylan gets on the inside.  Fylan sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Fylan hits home with a left hook.  
Fylan pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Fylan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Beavin lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Fylan gets on the inside and is on target with a solid left uppercut.  
Fylan is on target with a firm cross.  
Fylan lands a solid right hook.  
Beavin steps to the outside.  Beavin contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Fylan strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Fylan gets on the inside.  Fylan sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Fylan throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Beavin's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Fylan pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Fylan digs in a right hook to Beavin's body.  
Fylan pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Fylan digs in a stinging right hook to Beavin's ribs.
