Andrii Saparov vs Jere Huhtamo

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 20/08/2036 from Dushanbe, Tajikistan:

The Dushanbe venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Andrii Saparov (1 - 2) who hails from Dushanbe, Tajikistan and Jere Huhtamo(2 - 6) from Vantaa, Finland.  

Round 1: 

Huhtamo lands a left hook.  
Saparov is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  
Huhtamo is looking to close the distance.  Huhtamo sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Saparov hits home with a solid left hook.  
Huhtamo attempts to land a jab, but Saparov slips the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.

Huhtamo goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Saparov's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Huhtamo sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Saparov hits home with a stinging jab.

Saparov tries to keep the action at long range.  Huhtamo finds the target with a jab.
