Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 09/08/2036 from Mexico City, Mexico:

The Mexico City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Marco Alvidrez (22 - 5) who hails from Mexico City, Mexico and Anton Belussov(8 - 2) from Ufa, Russia.  

Round 1: 

Alvidrez tries to keep the action at long range and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.

Alvidrez digs in a left hook to Belussov's body.  Alvidrez tries to land a right hook, but Belussov blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Belussov digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Belussov sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Belussov attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Alvidrez time to recover.  
Alvidrez is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Alvidrez is looking to keep his distance and hits home with an overhand left.  
Alvidrez lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Belussov closes the distance.  Belussov pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a solid right hook.
