Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 07/07/2036 from Leeds, UK:

The Leeds venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Anton Myres (34 - 9) who hails from Bolton, UK and Daniel Desmond(2 - 2) from Belfast, UK.

Myres closes the distance.  Desmond throws a left hook, but Myres clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Myres pushes his forearm into Desmond's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Myres.

Myres steps inside.  Desmond throws a left hook, but Myres holds on to his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Myres quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Desmond throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Myres cuts off the ring, trapping Desmond on the ropes.  Myres hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Desmond lands a right uppercut.  
Myres pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Myres gets on the inside and throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Myres clinches his opponent.  Myres leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Myres steps inside and lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Myres digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Myres throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging cross.

Desmond sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Myres lands a cross.
