Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 02/06/2036 from Macon, USA:

The Macon venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are David Scroggie (31 - 7) who hails from Atlanta, USA and Dave Norvell(1 - 5) from St. Louis, USA.  

Round 1: 

Norvell is looking to close the distance.  Norvell sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Norvell attempts to land a left hook, but Scroggie dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Scroggie lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Norvell gets on the inside.  Scroggie digs in a firm left uppercut to Norvell's liver.

Scroggie lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Norvell gets on the inside.  Scroggie drives a left hook into Norvell's body.  Scroggie holds on to his opponent.  Norvell leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Scroggie steps away from his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Norvell steps inside.  Scroggie connects with a sharp left hook.  
Scroggie connects with a right hook.  
Norvell closes the distance.  Norvell pivots from in front of his opponent, but Scroggie lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Norvell is looking to close the distance and throws a left uppercut, but Scroggie holds on to his opponent.  Scroggie pushes his forearm into Norvell's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Scroggie about fouling.
