David Rowan vs Disdir Oosthuizen

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 02/06/2036 from Nassau, Bahamas:

The Nassau venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are David Rowan (36 - 12) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Disdir Oosthuizen(1 - 3) from iBhayi, South Africa.  

Round 1: 

Rowan pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Rowan switches the action to the outside.  Rowan sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Rowan tries to land a jab, but Oosthuizen sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Oosthuizen waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Rowan lands with a hard jab.  
Rowan walks his opponent into a neutral corner.  Rowan lands a hard jab.  
Rowan lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Rowan lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Rowan lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Rowan advances into close range and tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Rowan voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Oosthuizen tries to tag Rowan on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!

Rowan digs in a solid right uppercut to his opponents ribs.
