David Scroggie vs Paul Eck

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 07/05/2036 from Macon, USA:

The Macon venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are David Scroggie (30 - 7) who hails from Atlanta, USA and Paul Eck(2 - 1) from Columbus, USA.  

Round 1: 

Scroggie switches the action to the outside.  Scroggie drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Eck hits home with a cross.  Eck throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook to Eck's ribs.  
Scroggie lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Scroggie lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Scroggie is on target with a jab.  
Eck tries to land a jab, but Scroggie parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Eck walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Eck quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a spiteful jab.  
Scroggie is looking to close the distance.  Scroggie pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a solid right hook to his opponents body.  
Eck tries to keep the action at long range and lands an overhand left.  
Scroggie lands a jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Scroggie's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.

Eck pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Scroggie closes the distance and is on target with a firm right hook to Eck's body.  
Eck steps to the outside.  Eck sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Scroggie lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Scroggie is looking to close the distance and attempts to land a left uppercut, but Eck sidesteps and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Eck switches the action to the outside and hits home with an overhand right.  
Eck tries to keep the action at long range.  Scroggie feints a cross, and then lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Scroggie closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.

Eck steps away from his opponent and lands with a spiteful jab.  
Scroggie gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Scroggie sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Eck is on target with a right hook.
