Michi Shimizu vs Yuji Muranaka

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 05/05/2036 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Michi Shimizu (49(7) - 5) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Yuji Muranaka(1 - 0) from Sapporo, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Muranaka throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.

Muranaka steps inside and throws a left hook, but Shimizu clinches his opponent.  Muranaka tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Shimizu's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Muranaka to stop fouling.  
Shimizu is looking to close the distance.  Shimizu sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Muranaka throws a right uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Shimizu ties up his opponent.  Muranaka is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Shimizu drives a left hook into Muranaka's body.

Shimizu is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Muranaka throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.
