Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 05/05/2036 from San Antonio, USA:

The San Antonio venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Rob Ashley (22 - 12) who hails from Houston, USA and Chris Young(1 - 2) from Shreveport, USA.  

Round 1: 

Ashley switches the action to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Young advances into close range.  Young sidesteps to the right of his opponent and digs in a stinging left uppercut to Ashley's body.  
Ashley quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Ashley lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Young steps inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Ashley lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Young pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to Ashley's body.  
Young gets on the inside and manouvers Ashley onto the ropes.  Young sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Ashley hits home with a left hook.  
Ashley is on target with a jab.  
Young tries to land an overhand left, but Ashley sidesteps and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Young is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Young is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Ashley connects with a cross.

Young quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Ashley hits home with a sharp left uppercut.  
Young advances into close range.  Young sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Ashley lands a solid left hook.  
Ashley switches the action to the outside and connects with a firm overhand left.  
Young lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Young steps to the outside.  Young quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Ashley is on target with a sharp cross.  
Young advances into close range.  Young pivots to the right of his opponent, but Ashley digs in a left hook to Young's body.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Ashley's trainer is telling his fighter he is a mile in front and not to do anything stupid. Young's trainer is telling his fighter he needs a knockout to win!

Young gets on the inside.  Young throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Young pivots to the right of his opponent, but Ashley lands a left hook.  
Ashley tries to keep the action at long range and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Young steps inside.  Ashley lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.
