The Fresno venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Billy Waugh (36(6) - 7) who hails from Hartford, USA and Wayne Ferriss(31 - 10) from Mobile, USA.

Waugh quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a solid right hook to Ferriss's body.  
Waugh connects with a sharp left hook.  
Waugh closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Ferriss pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a right uppercut.  
Waugh lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Waugh ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Ferriss pushes his forearm into Waugh's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Ferriss to stop fouling.

Waugh is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Waugh whips in a spiteful left uppercut to his opponents body.  FERRISS IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE MAKES IT TO ONE KNEE, BUT IS UNABLE TO RISE ANY FURTHER AS THE REF COUNTS 10!  The winner by KO is Waugh!
