Boxing Daily Report from the Saudi Arabia National Finals 2036,  taking place on 26/04/2036 from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia:

The Riyadh venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Bilal Bahar (24 - 30) who hails from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Haaris Maarouf(38(4) - 13) from Dammam, Saudi Arabia.  

Round 1: 

Maarouf gets on the inside.  Maarouf is on target with a left uppercut.  
Maarouf sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a solid right hook.  
Bahar tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  Bahar throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Bahar attempts to land a right uppercut, but Maarouf parries the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.

Maarouf advances into close range and walks Bahar onto the ropes.  Bahar hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Maarouf is on target with a right uppercut to Bahar's ribcage.  
Maarouf advances into close range.  Maarouf pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Maarouf quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Bahar drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Maarouf lands a cross to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body, AND SENDS BAHAR SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.
