The Davao City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Angel Ragsac (19(4) - 6) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Beltran Monsalve(15 - 15) from Zamboanga City, Philippines.  

Round 1: 

Ragsac closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Monsalve waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Ragsac is on target with a solid cross.  
Monsalve connects with a cross.  
Monsalve walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Monsalve attempts to land a jab, but Ragsac blocks the shot and counters with a FIERCE right hook.  MONSALVE IS HURT!  Monsalve recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Monsalve advances into close range.  Ragsac crashes a nasty right hook to his opponents body.  DOWN GOES MONSALVE!  He manages to get up at 5.  Ragsac ties up his opponent.  Ragsac is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Ragsac lands a right hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.

Ragsac lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Ragsac holds on to his opponent.  Ragsac leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Ragsac's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ragsac hits home with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Monsalve's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!

Ragsac sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Ragsac lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND MONSALVE IS KNOCKED DOWN!  The count reaches 10, but Monsalve is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Ragsac!
