Boxing Daily Report from the Nigeria National Finals 2036,  taking place on 11/04/2036 from Ilesa, Nigeria:

The Ilesa venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ian Chukwu (12 - 13) who hails from Kaduna, Nigeria and Nwankwo Osagie(18 - 12(1)) from Uromi, Nigeria.  

Round 1:

Osagie is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Osagie pushes his forearm into Chukwu's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
