Boxing Daily Report from the Malaysia National Finals 2036,  taking place on 11/04/2036 from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia:

The Kuala Lumpur venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ye Shah (12(2) - 2) who hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Sun Thom(7 - 8) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  

Round 1:

Thom sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Thom throws a left hook, but Shah ties up his opponent.  Shah leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Thom pushes his forearm into Shah's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Shah lands a jab to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.

Thom steps to the outside.  Shah hits the target with a sharp jab.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Shah's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.  Thom's trainer is telling his fighter he needs a knockout to win!
