Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 06/04/2036 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Michi Shimizu (48(6) - 5) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Goro Uchida(0 - 2) from Nagoya, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Shimizu advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Shimizu manages to force Uchida into a neutral corner.  Shimizu lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Shimizu lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Shimizu lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Shimizu is on target with a left hook.  Shimizu clinches his opponent.  Shimizu throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Shimizu pushes his forearm into Uchida's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Shimizu steps inside.  Uchida tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
Shimizu manouvers Uchida into the blue corner.  Shimizu is on target with a right hook.  
Shimizu lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Shimizu advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Shimizu lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Shimizu lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Shimizu ties up his opponent.  Shimizu uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Uchida behind the head. Shimizu is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Uchida almost instantly recovers. 
Shimizu lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  
Uchida throws a right uppercut, but Shimizu holds on to his opponent.  Uchida leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Shimizu lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Shimizu clinches his opponent.  Shimizu pushes his forearm into Uchida's face.  The referee warns Shimizu and breaks the clinch.  
Shimizu gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Uchida almost instantly recovers. 
Shimizu lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Shimizu lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Shimizu walks Uchida onto the ropes.  Shimizu connects with a sharp right uppercut.  
Shimizu connects with a cross.  
Uchida connects with a left hook.  Uchida attempts to land a cross, but Shimizu blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Shimizu gets on the inside and connects with a stinging right uppercut.  
Uchida steps inside.  Shimizu connects with a stinging right hook.  
Shimizu drives a stinging right hook into Uchida's body.  UCHIDA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Shimizu holds on to his opponent.  Shimizu is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Shimizu knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Shimizu is on target with a powerful right uppercut to his opponents body.  UCHIDA HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  THE COUNT REACHES 10, BUT UCHIDA IS UNABLE TO GET UP!  The winner by KO is Shimizu!
