Boxing Daily Report from the Ghana National Finals 2036,  taking place on 29/03/2036 from Takoradi, Ghana:

The Takoradi venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Bantamweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dylan Pianim (18 - 14) who hails from Achiaman, Ghana and Zachary Omane(34(7) - 29) from Kumasi, Ghana.

At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Pianim's trainer is telling his fighter he needs a knockout to win!

Omane is looking to close the distance.  Omane pivots to the side of his opponent.  Omane tries to land a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Omane gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Omane lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Pianim is looking to keep his distance.  Omane attempts to land a jab, but Pianim sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Omane lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Omane advances into close range and hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Omane lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Omane clinches his opponent.  Omane leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Omane throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Pianim almost instantly recovers. 
Omane throws a right hook, but is not on target.  Omane ties up his opponent.  Omane tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Pianim behind the head. 
Omane lands a firm right hook.  
Omane advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND SENDS PIANIM SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  
Pianim steps away from his opponent.  Omane knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Omane slams a hurtful right uppercut into Pianim's body.  PIANIM IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE MAKES IT TO ONE KNEE, BUT IS UNABLE TO RISE ANY FURTHER AS THE REF COUNTS 10!  The winner by KO is Omane!
