Arran Rossi vs Rob Mishkin

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 27/03/2036 from Brisbane, Australia:

The Brisbane venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Arran Rossi (48(1) - 7) who hails from Townsville, Australia and Rob Mishkin(6 - 3) from Sydney, Australia.  

Round 1: 

Rossi hits home with a solid jab.  
Rossi attempts to land a cross, but Mishkin blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Rossi advances into close range.  Mishkin lands a right hook.  
Mishkin circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Rossi lands with a stiff jab.  
Mishkin tries to step out of his opponents range and throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Rossi is looking to close the distance and digs in a stinging right hook to Mishkin's ribs.  
Rossi drives a jab into Mishkin's body.  
Rossi closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Mishkin is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Mishkin sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Mishkin attempts to land a jab, but Rossi sidesteps and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Rossi steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Rossi is on target with a jab.  
Mishkin tries to keep the action at long range and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Mishkin sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Rossi digs in a right uppercut to Mishkin's body.  
Mishkin sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Rossi closes the distance.  Rossi pivots from in front of his opponent and lands two left hook's to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Mishkin steps to the outside and lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Rossi advances into close range and is on target with a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Rossi's trainer is telling his fighter to play it safe for the remainder of the fight.

Mishkin attempts to land a jab, but Rossi blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Mishkin attempts to land a jab, but Rossi slips the shot and counters with a sharp right hook to Mishkin's body.

Rossi stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Mishkin lands with a sharp jab.

Mishkin walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Rossi lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a jab to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Mishkin contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Rossi lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Rossi steps away from his opponent.  Rossi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Rossi finds the target with a jab.
