Boxing Daily Report from the Czech Republic National Finals 2036,  taking place on 14/03/2036 from Prague, Czech Republic:

The Prague venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Daniel Pavlas (10 - 11) who hails from Prague, Czech Republic and Herman Polifka(4 - 1) from Prague, Czech Republic.  

Round 1: 

Polifka advances into close range and walks Pavlas down, trapping him in a corner.  Pavlas attempts to land a left hook, but Polifka parries the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.

Pavlas lands a spiteful jab.  Pavlas throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging cross.

Pavlas feints a right, and then lands with a hard jab.  
Polifka advances into close range and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Polifka lands a left hook.  
Pavlas is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Pavlas sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Pavlas is on target with a cross.  Pavlas throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Polifka gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Polifka senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Polifka lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES PAVLAS!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Polifka connects with a right hook.  Pavlas now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Polifka lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Polifka closes the distance.  Pavlas quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Polifka lands a solid left hook.  Polifka throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Pavlas is looking to keep his distance and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Pavlas is looking desparately tired as he staggers back to his corner.  At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Pavlas's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!

Pavlas hits home with a left hook.  Pavlas throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a big right uppercut to Pavlas's body.  PAVLAS HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE TRIES TO RISE BUT HIS LEGS DONT RESPOND...THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Polifka!
