Boxing Daily Report from the Belarus National Finals 2036,  taking place on 14/03/2036 from Minsk, Belarus:

The Minsk venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Koldan Kovalsky (17 - 13(2)) who hails from Grodno, Belarus and Faddei Makuch(20(10) - 11) from Mogilev, Belarus.

Makuch attempts to land a right hook, but Kovalsky dodges the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.

Makuch drives a sharp right hook into his opponents ribcage.  IT LOOKS LIKE KOVALSKY WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Some sustained pressure from Makuch could be enough to finish Kovalsky!  Makuch lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND DROPS KOVALSKY!  He beats the count, getting up at 9.  It looks like Kovalsky has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Makuch forces Kovalsky to retreat onto the ropes.  Makuch quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Kovalsky lands a left uppercut.
