Andy Saul vs Sam Logie

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 12/03/2036 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Andy Saul (34 - 11) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and Sam Logie(3 - 15) from Grand Rapids, USA.  

Round 1: 

Saul closes the distance and connects with a right hook.  
Saul is on target with a left hook to Logie's body.  
Saul lands a cross followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Saul advances into close range.  Saul sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Saul throws a left uppercut, but is not on target.  Saul holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Logie pushes his forearm into Saul's face.  The referee warns Logie and breaks the clinch.

Logie throws a right uppercut, but Saul holds on to his opponent.  Saul tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Logie behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Saul steps inside.  Logie hits home with a solid right hook.  Saul ties up his opponent.  Saul is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Saul pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Saul manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Saul sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Saul drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Saul throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Logie time to recover.

Saul digs in a solid right uppercut to his opponents ribs.

Logie sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Saul lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Saul lands two right hook's to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  Saul ties up his opponent.  Saul leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Logie pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a firm left uppercut to Saul's body.  
Saul steps inside and is on target with a right hook.

Saul drives a right hook into Logie's body.  
Saul gets on the inside.  Logie hits home with a solid left hook.  Saul holds on to his opponent.  Saul is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Saul advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Saul thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Logie away.  Saul lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head, DROPPING LOGIE TO THE CANVAS!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Saul!
