Mark Rummage vs Joey Callison

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 05/03/2036 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mark Rummage (32 - 8) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and Joey Callison(1 - 1) from Bakersfield, USA.  

Round 1: 

Rummage connects with a sharp cross.

Rummage advances into close range.  Callison drives a right hook into Rummage's ribs.

Callison finds the target with a jab.  Callison attempts to land a cross, but Rummage blocks the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut to his opponents ribs.

Callison feints a left, and then lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Rummage manages to force Callison onto the ropes.  Callison throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Rummage's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Callison lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Rummage steps inside and connects with a left hook.
