Cris Antonio vs Seferino Aquino

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 04/03/2036 from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil:

The Rio de Janeiro venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Cris Antonio (20 - 7) who hails from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Seferino Aquino(1 - 5) from Brasilia, Brazil.  

Round 1: 

Antonio is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a jab.  
Antonio lands a cross, overhand right and a jab to his opponents head.

Antonio quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a stinging jab into his opponents face.  
Antonio sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Aquino lands a left hook.  Aquino tries to land a cross, but Antonio sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Aquino steps inside.  Aquino pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Aquino sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Antonio drives a jab into Aquino's body.  
Antonio throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Antonio switches the action to the outside and lands a jab.  
Aquino is looking to close the distance and manages to force Antonio onto the ropes.  Antonio hits home with a right hook.  
Antonio strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Antonio drives a spiteful jab into his opponents face.  
Antonio is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a spiteful jab.  
Aquino is looking to close the distance and is on target with a firm left uppercut to his opponents body.  Aquino throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

Aquino gets on the inside.  Aquino sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Antonio lands a right hook to the head followed by two left hook's to the body.  
Antonio tries to keep the action at long range.  Antonio sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Aquino lands a stinging cross.  
Antonio finds the target with a hard jab.  
Aquino advances into close range and lands a left hook.  Antonio clinches his opponent.  Aquino is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Antonio sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a ramrod jab.  
Antonio sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Aquino lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Aquino closes the distance and lands a right hook.  
Aquino throws a right hook, but Antonio ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Aquino is looking to close the distance.  Antonio attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Aquino's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Aquino steps inside.  Antonio lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Antonio throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Aquino time to recover.  
Aquino advances into close range and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.

Aquino closes the distance and throws a left uppercut, but Antonio clinches his opponent.  Antonio uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Aquino behind the head. 
Aquino walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Antonio is on target with a left uppercut.  Antonio ties up his opponent.  Aquino uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Antonio's kidney. 
Aquino is on target with a solid left hook.  
Antonio lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Antonio feints a left hook, and then snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.  
Aquino gets on the inside and hits home with a solid right hook.  
Aquino quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Aquino is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut.  
Antonio hits the target with a sharp jab.  Antonio throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
