Dave Davis vs Viktor Stellmach

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 03/03/2036 from Leeds, UK:

The Leeds venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dave Davis (21 - 15) who hails from Doncaster, UK and Viktor Stellmach(2 - 3) from Kharkiv, Ukraine.  

Round 1: 

Davis throws a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Davis hits home with a sharp right hook.  
Davis steps away from his opponent and lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Stellmach closes the distance.  Davis hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Davis steps to the outside.  Davis sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a cross.

Davis sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Stellmach is on target with a cross.  Stellmach tries to land an overhand right, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Stellmach gets on the inside.  Stellmach pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook.

Stellmach is looking to close the distance and manages to force Davis onto the ropes.  Davis lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.

Davis finds the target with a jab.  
Stellmach steps inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Davis drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  Davis holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Davis pushes his forearm into Stellmach's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Stellmach is looking to close the distance and manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Stellmach is on target with a right hook.  
Stellmach digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Stellmach closes the distance.  Stellmach sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Stellmach lands a right hook.  Davis holds on to his opponent.  Stellmach pushes his forearm into Davis's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Stellmach walks Davis down, trapping him in a corner.  Stellmach lands a double left hook to his opponents head.

Stellmach quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Davis lands a solid left hook.  
Davis switches the action to the outside and finds the target with a stiff jab.  
Stellmach gets on the inside and is on target with a stinging right hook.  Stellmach throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Stellmach closes the distance and walks Davis onto the ropes.  Davis hits home with a left hook.  
Stellmach attempts to land a right hook, but Davis sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Davis tries to keep the action at long range and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Davis throws a left hook, but is not on target.  Davis holds on to his opponent.  Stellmach leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
