Raiden Tashiro vs Teuvo Ramanen

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 24/02/2036 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Raiden Tashiro (41(6) - 15) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Teuvo Ramanen(0 - 1) from Helsinki, Finland.  

Round 1: 

Tashiro connects with a cross.  
Ramanen tries to land a left uppercut, but Tashiro parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Tashiro lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a cross to the body.

Tashiro digs in a sharp right hook to Ramanen's body.  
Tashiro lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Tashiro sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Tashiro closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Tashiro lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Tashiro is on target with a left hook to Ramanen's body.  
Tashiro closes the distance and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Tashiro finds the target with a jab.  
Ramanen steps to the outside and tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Tashiro lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Tashiro is looking to force the stoppage!  Tashiro is on target with a potent left uppercut to his opponents body.  RAMANEN HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  Ramanen now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Ramanen tries to keep the action at long range and connects with an overhand right.  
Tashiro advances into close range and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Tashiro lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.

Tashiro is on target with a spiteful jab.  
Ramanen attempts to land a cross, but Tashiro sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Tashiro steps inside and connects with a sharp left hook.  
Tashiro lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Tashiro clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Tashiro pushes his forearm into Ramanen's face.  The ref breaks Tashiro's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Tashiro senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Ramanen and just needs the right shot.  Tashiro slams a big left uppercut into his opponents liver.  RAMANEN HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  Ramanen now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Tashiro cuts off the ring, trapping Ramanen on the ropes.  Tashiro sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Tashiro lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Tashiro clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Tashiro pushes his forearm into Ramanen's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Tashiro to stop fouling.  
Tashiro lands three consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Ramanen recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Tashiro is looking to close the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Ramanen throws a left uppercut, but Tashiro ties up his opponent.  Ramanen throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Ramanen switches the action to the outside.  Ramanen quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Tashiro steps inside and drives a left hook into Ramanen's ribs.  
Tashiro manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Tashiro sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents body.  
Tashiro is on target with a right hook.  
Ramanen attempts to land a jab, but Tashiro slips the shot and counters with a big left hook to Ramanen's ribs.  RAMANEN HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Tashiro!
