Jacob Manyika vs Davie Mair

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 22/02/2036 from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe:

The Bulawayo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jacob Manyika (29 - 12) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Davie Mair(4 - 11) from Jacksonville, USA.  

Round 1: 

Mair advances into close range.  Manyika hits home with a left hook.  
Manyika pivots from in front of his opponent, but Mair is on target with a jab.  
Mair is on target with a cross.  
Manyika advances into close range.  Manyika lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Manyika finds the target with a solid jab.  
Manyika gets on the inside.  Manyika pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.

Manyika quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Manyika pivots to the left of his opponent.  Mair attempts to land a left hook, but Manyika slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Manyika sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut.  
Manyika lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Mair tries to land a left hook, but Manyika parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
