Harendra Kandari vs Manny Taveras

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 20/02/2036 from New Delhi, India:

The New Delhi venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Harendra Kandari (6 - 2) who hails from New Delhi, India and Manny Taveras(1 - 5) from Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain.  

Round 1: 

Taveras is looking to close the distance.  Taveras quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Kandari drives a right hook into Taveras's ribs.

Taveras advances into close range and manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Kandari lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Kandari switches the action to the outside.  Taveras connects with a cross.  
Kandari attempts to land a left uppercut, but Taveras blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kandari is on target with a sharp jab.  
Kandari is looking to keep his distance.  Taveras lands a jab.  
Kandari connects with an overhand left.  
Taveras sidesteps to the right of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Kandari tries to step out of his opponents range.  Kandari feints a right hook, and then drives a jab into Taveras's body.  
Kandari tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a jab.
