Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 14/01/2036 from El Paso, USA:

The El Paso venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Denton Llewellyn (3 - 6) who hails from San Antonio, USA and Edward Calles(0 - 3) from Houston, USA.  

Round 1: 

Llewellyn switches the action to the outside.  Calles throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.

Calles lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Calles is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Calles lands a right hook.  
Calles advances into close range and tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging right hook to Calles's body.  
Calles steps inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Llewellyn digs in a left hook to Calles's body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Llewellyn's trainer is advising his fighter to keep his distance and coast to the win.

Llewellyn hits the target with a sharp jab.  
Llewellyn hits home with a stinging overhand right.
