Dominic Davy vs Alastair McGuire

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 05/01/2036 from San Antonio, USA:

The San Antonio venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dominic Davy (9 - 0) who hails from Dallas, USA and Alastair McGuire(0 - 1) from New York City, USA.  

Round 1: 

Davy lands with a hard jab.  
McGuire pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.

McGuire gets on the inside.  Davy is on target with a left hook.  
Davy goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores McGuire's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
McGuire attempts to land a left hook, but Davy parries the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Davy's trainer is telling his fighter he is a mile in front and not to do anything stupid.
