David Rowan vs Ace Baute

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 14/12/2035 from Nassau, Bahamas:

The Nassau venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are David Rowan (31 - 11) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Ace Baute(1 - 0) from Charleroi, Belgium.  

Round 1: 

Baute tries to land a cross, but Rowan parries the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Rowan lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Baute steps to the outside and connects with a cross.  
Baute lands with a stiff jab.  Baute attempts to land a right uppercut, but Rowan parries the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
Rowan lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Rowan steps away from his opponent and drives a hard jab into his opponents face.  
Baute pivots from in front of his opponent, but Rowan drives a left uppercut into Baute's body.  
Baute tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with a stiff jab.  
Baute lands a cross.  
Baute cuts off the ring, trapping Rowan on the ropes.  Rowan lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Baute sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Rowan hits home with a cross.  
Rowan circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Baute lands a jab.  
Baute walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Baute pivots from in front of his opponent, but Rowan strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Baute pivots to the left of his opponent.  Baute throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Baute is on target with a jab.  
Rowan retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Baute throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Rowan hits home with a cross.
