Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 13/12/2035 from Leeds, UK:

The Leeds venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Anton Myres (26 - 9) who hails from Bolton, UK and Jake Lumsden(1 - 1) from Preston, UK.  

Round 1: 

Myres is on target with a right hook.

Myres gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Myres lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  Myres holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Myres pushes his forearm into Lumsden's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Myres.  
Myres gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Myres clinches his opponent.  Myres throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Myres and breaks the clinch.  
Myres drives a right hook into Lumsden's body.  
Myres is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Lumsden lands a left hook.  
Myres throws a right hook, but is unable to find the target.  Myres clinches his opponent.  Lumsden leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Lumsden pushes his forearm into Myres's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Myres lands a cross to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Lumsden connects with a left hook.  
Lumsden steps to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Myres is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  Myres holds on to his opponent.  Myres leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Myres's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Lumsden's trainer is telling his fighter to go out and knock out his opponent!

Lumsden quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Myres is on target with a sharp right uppercut.  
Lumsden cuts off the ring, trapping Myres in the red corner.  Myres hits home with a cross.
