Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 01/10/2035 from Nassau, Bahamas:

The Nassau venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are David Rowan (28 - 11) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Bayram Hussein(2 - 1) from Gaziantep, Turkey.  

Round 1: 

Rowan is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Rowan lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Hussein tries to land a jab, but Rowan sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hussein hits home with an overhand left.  
Rowan steps to the outside and lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Rowan tries to land a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Rowan is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands with a hard jab.

Hussein is looking to close the distance and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.

Rowan steps to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Hussein slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Hussein manages to force Rowan into the corner.  Rowan hits home with a sharp cross.

Hussein is looking to close the distance.  Rowan drives a firm left hook into his opponents body.  
Hussein sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Hussein attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Rowan time to recover.  
Rowan lands a jab followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Rowan attempts to land a jab, but Hussein blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hussein connects with a cross.  
Hussein advances into close range and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Hussein closes the distance and manages to force Rowan into the corner.  Hussein lands a left uppercut.  
Hussein gets on the inside.  Hussein quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Rowan lands a right hook.  
Rowan switches the action to the outside and is on target with a solid jab.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Rowan's trainer is telling his fighter to play it safe for the remainder of the fight.
