Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 13/09/2035 from Miami, USA:

The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are James Waterson (31(2) - 15) who hails from Fort Lauderdale, USA and Jay Kee(0 - 3) from Durham, USA.  

Round 1: 

Waterson is on target with a jab.  
Waterson tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross.  
Waterson lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Waterson is on target with a solid cross.  
Kee is on target with a cross.  Kee throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Waterson lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Kee lands a jab.  
Kee hits the target with a stinging jab.  Kee throws a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Waterson lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Kee tries to step out of his opponents range and attempts to land a jab, but Waterson blocks the shot and counters with a firm left hook.

Waterson is on target with a firm overhand right.  
Waterson hits home with a sharp jab.  
Waterson steps to the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.

Waterson tries to land a jab, but Kee sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kee steps to the outside.  Waterson throws an overhand left, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kee advances into close range and throws a right hook, but Waterson clinches his opponent.  Waterson is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Waterson about fouling.

Waterson hits home with a cross.  
Kee manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Kee feints a jab, but Waterson ignores the feint and responds with a sharp left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  IT LOOKS LIKE KEE WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Waterson steps away from his opponent.  Waterson knows Kee is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Waterson lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, DROPPING KEE TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Waterson lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, KNOCKING KEE DOWN!  He manages to get up at 7.  
Waterson lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND DROPS KEE TO THE CANVAS!  The ref immediately waves off the fight...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Waterson!
