Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 12/09/2035 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Hideki Miyoshi (47(17) - 12) who hails from Chofu, Japan and Joshua Vilakazi(4 - 7) from Soweto, South Africa.  

Round 1: 

Miyoshi closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Miyoshi is on target with a right hook.  Miyoshi holds on to his opponent.  Miyoshi is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Miyoshi's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Miyoshi lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Miyoshi ties up his opponent.  Miyoshi leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Miyoshi walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Miyoshi lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Miyoshi ties up his opponent.  Miyoshi is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Miyoshi connects with a left hook.  
Miyoshi is looking to close the distance and digs in a left uppercut to Vilakazi's body.

Vilakazi could be stopped here, if Miyoshi can find the right shot!  Miyoshi lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS VILAKAZI TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Vilakazi has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Miyoshi is looking to close the distance and hits home with a sharp left hook.  Miyoshi clinches his opponent.  Miyoshi is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Miyoshi lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Miyoshi hits home with a solid right uppercut.  
Miyoshi gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Miyoshi manouvers Vilakazi into a corner.  Miyoshi throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Miyoshi ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Miyoshi pushes his forearm into Vilakazi's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Miyoshi about fouling.  
Miyoshi throws a right uppercut, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Miyoshi clinches his opponent.  Miyoshi uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Vilakazi behind the head. 
Miyoshi is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Miyoshi lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  
Miyoshi gets on the inside and drives a right uppercut into his opponents ribs.

Miyoshi manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Miyoshi is on target with a stinging left hook.  Miyoshi clinches his opponent.  Miyoshi leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Miyoshi digs in a weighty left uppercut to Vilakazi's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE VILAKAZI WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Miyoshi senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Vilakazi and just needs the right shot.  Miyoshi lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  It looks like Vilakazi has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

Miyoshi whips in a nasty right hook to his opponents ribs.  DOWN GOES VILAKAZI!  HE IS STILL STRUGGLING TO HIS FEET AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Miyoshi!
