Felix Samson vs Darryl Kavanah

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 27/08/2035 from Quebec City, Canada:

The Quebec City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Felix Samson (8 - 2) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Darryl Kavanah(5 - 12(1)) from Columbus, USA.  

Round 1: 

Kavanah walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Kavanah lands a ramrod jab.

Samson is on target with a sharp overhand right.  
Kavanah closes the distance.  Samson is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Samson ties up his opponent.  Kavanah is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Samson throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Kavanah finds the target with a stinging jab.
