Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 07/05/2035 from Boston, USA:

The Boston venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Alen Riley (26 - 3) who hails from Boston, USA and Joey Bessinger(1 - 3) from Independence, USA.

Riley advances into close range.  Riley sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Bessinger pivots to the right of his opponent.  Riley attempts to land a cross, but Bessinger parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Bessinger pivots to the side of his opponent, but Riley lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Bessinger tries to step out of his opponents range.  Bessinger contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Riley hits home with a cross.  
Riley closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Riley feints a jab, tricking Bessinger into throwing a left uppercut counter.  Riley springs the trap, countering with  a right uppercut.

Bessinger switches the action to the outside.  Riley lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Bessinger pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a cross.  
Riley steps inside.  Bessinger throws a right uppercut, but Riley clinches his opponent.  Riley is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Riley to stop fouling.  
Riley lands a left hook to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  Riley holds on to his opponent.  Riley is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Bessinger lands a cross followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Riley closes the distance.  Riley quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Riley throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

Bessinger quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Riley is on target with a cross.

At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Riley's trainer is advising his fighter to keep his distance and coast to the win. Bessinger's trainer is telling his fighter to go out and knock out his opponent!
