Boxing Daily Report from the Sweden National Finals 2035,  taking place on 26/04/2035 from Gothenburg, Sweden:

The Gothenburg venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jonathan Trest (25(1) - 14) who hails from Stockholm, Sweden and David Bong(0 - 3) from Malmo, Sweden.  

Round 1: 

Trest feints a left hook, and then is on target with a stinging cross.

Trest steps inside.  Bong lands a right uppercut.  Trest ties up his opponent.  Trest leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Bong advances into close range.  Bong pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a firm left uppercut.  
Bong is on target with a cross.  
Trest lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Trest pivots from in front of his opponent.  Trest lands a stinging right hook.  Trest ties up his opponent.  Bong is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Trest's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Bong sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Bong tries to land a jab, but Trest sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Bong pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a sharp right uppercut.  
Trest is looking to close the distance and digs in a sharp right uppercut to Bong's body.

Trest lands a right hook followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Bong's trainer is telling his fighter he needs a knockout to win!
