Hyun-jun Pan vs Ju-young Pong

Boxing Daily Report from the South Korea National Finals 2035,  taking place on 26/04/2035 from Changwon, South Korea:

The Changwon venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Hyun-jun Pan (25(2) - 8) who hails from Seoul, South Korea and Ju-young Pong(11 - 8) from Changwon, South Korea.  

Round 1: 

Pan lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Pong finds the target with a jab.  
Pong lands a stinging jab.  
Pong attempts to land a right uppercut, but Pan blocks the shot and counters with a stinging right hook to Pong's ribs.  
Pong connects with a stinging right uppercut.

Pong advances into close range and throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Pan clinches his opponent.  Pong is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Pong about fouling.

Pan manouvers Pong onto the ropes.  Pan feints a left hook, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.
